Frequently asked questions
- Is there a free plan or a free trial?
- Both. The Free plan is free forever and needs no credit card at all. Slashbin Lite and Slashbin Pro each include a 14-day free trial; a credit card is required to start one, but you can cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
- How does billing work?
- Slashbin Lite and Slashbin Pro are billed monthly. Each includes a monthly webhook allotment, and usage beyond the included count is billed at the graduated per-webhook rates shown on that plan's card. No hidden fees, no seat licenses. The Free plan is never billed: its monthly allowance is a ceiling rather than a meter, so once you reach it, further webhooks are refused at ingest until the allowance resets — upgrade to Lite or Pro before that point if you need them delivered.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Lite and Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Console billing page, and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. The Free plan has no subscription and no billing period, so there is nothing to cancel — leave the account idle or delete the data stream.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Console billing page. Moving between Lite and Pro is prorated automatically by Stripe. Downgrading to Free ends the paid subscription instead — there is nothing to prorate — and the Free plan's limits apply once the period you've already paid for is over.
- Do you offer annual pricing or enterprise plans?
- Not yet. Monthly self-serve plans are what's available today. Contact us if you have higher-volume or enterprise requirements.
